Shipping & Policy
What shipping method do you use?
We use international carriers as UPS, FedEx, TNT or DHL, depending on the country where the package has to be delivered.
Can I pickup the instrument in person?
Of course, it’s always a pleasure to receive our customers in person. The method of deliver has to be decided during the purchase process.
Who pays for customs?
Import taxes are responsibility of the buyer.
